These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Sage Institute website at sage-institute.org. By using the website, the visitor agrees to these terms.
Scope
These terms cover the Sage Institute website and its subdomains. They do not cover Sage Institute deliverables that operate as separate applications (such as Stoa), each of which has its own terms of service governing its use.

Sage Institute is operated by Sage Institute LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. The website is informational. It describes the Institute, its mission, and its work. It does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or contract.

All content published on the website, including text, graphics, the Sage Institute name and mark, the Stoa name and mark, the visual design system, and all other identifiers, is owned by Sage Institute LLC or used under license, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Reading the website is freely permitted. Quoting from it in commentary, journalism, education, or scholarship is permitted with attribution.
