Deliverables
What the Institute builds
The Institute's products are the revenue engine that sustains the work, and
the public expression of its grounding principles. Each is held to quality,
uniqueness, and grounding principle.
Stoa
A home for local shops. A neighborhood marketplace that returns
the margin to the shopkeeper and the choice to the patron. Transparent
pricing, store-sovereign, no hidden margins. Launching in Chicago, built
to extend nationally as the founding network grows.
Stoa exists because the local-commerce distribution architecture has
been quietly captured by aggregators that extract from both sides of
the transaction. Stoa is the different architecture.

Sanctums
A private, standalone system. A second mind, external to the first,
held open to the person who builds it. Sanctums enables any human to
construct a personalized environment for offloading, externalising,
and holding what they would otherwise carry actively.
A Sanctum receives; it does not prescribe. It is not therapeutic, not
clinical, not a coach. It is a holding unit, external to the first
mind, that frees capacity for meaning-making and cross-domain
understanding.
What comes next
The Institute is structured to release deliverables when they meet the
three tests: quality, uniqueness, and grounding principle. New deliverables
will be announced here as they reach launch readiness.
